A Day That Will Live In Infamy – Sort Of

6 June 1813 – During the War of 1812, the American invasion of Canada is halted at the Battle of Stoney Creek, Ontario. In keeping with their inherently duplicitous national character, the Canadians cheated by attacking at night and employing British units to do the fighting while they remained in their tents in a Molson-induced stupor. Well, my frostback friends, we Americans have long memories, and I think that it is well past time for us to redress this blot on the escutcheon of our martial honor. What do you think about that, eh?
